1. Access Rights

2. Payments & Refunds
2.1 Payment Terms: All course and service fees must be paid in full prior to enrollment or access. We offer a convenient EMI option for eligible users. To confirm registration, the first month’s payment is required at the time of enrollment. All payments are processed securely through our online payment gateway, and users will receive an official confirmation once the initial payment is successfully completed.
2.2 Refund Policy: We offer a 7-day refund policy for courses, starting from the date of enrollment. Refund requests must be made in writing to support@thefortuneacademy.in. If you are dissatisfied with the course during the first 7 days, we will issue a full refund. No refunds will be provided after the 7-day period. The Fortune Academy reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of fraud or abuse of this policy.
2.3 Course Cancellations: In case The Fortune Academy cancels a course or program for any reason, all enrolled students will receive a full refund. This will not apply to students who voluntarily choose to drop out of a course.
3. Code of Conduct
3.1 Student Conduct: As a student of The Fortune Academy, you are expected to engage in a respectful and collaborative manner. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or misconduct will not be tolerated. The Fortune Academy has the right to suspend or expel students who violate this code of conduct.
3.2 Respect for Others: Users should engage in online discussions, forums, and activities with professionalism and respect for others. Discrimination, hate speech, or any behavior that violates the dignity and rights of other users will result in disciplinary actions.
3.3 Intellectual Property: Students must respect the intellectual property rights of The Fortune Academy and other users. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or sharing of course content is prohibited. Any violation of intellectual property rights will lead to immediate action, including the termination of access to courses or legal measures.
4. Course Usage Rights

4.2 Assignments and Exams: You must complete assignments and exams honestly and independently. The use of unauthorized materials or assistance is prohibited and may lead to academic penalties, including disqualification from the course.
4.3 Course Availability: The Fortune Academy reserves the right to update, modify, or remove courses or course materials at any time. Access to course content may be discontinued after the completion of a course or upon the termination of your account.

5.1 Behavior Expectations: As a student, you are expected to maintain a high standard of ethical behavior. This includes attending classes regularly, completing assignments on time, and participating in discussions constructively.
5.2 Plagiarism and Cheating: Plagiarism, cheating, and any form of academic dishonesty are strictly prohibited. Students must submit original work, and any use of third-party content must be properly cited. Violations of this policy will result in disciplinary action, including possible expulsion from the course or academy.
5.3 Disciplinary Actions: Students found in violation of the Student Code of Conduct may face various disciplinary actions depending on the severity of the offense. These actions can include warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from The Fortune Academy platform.
6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
6.1 No Guarantee of Employment: The Fortune Academy does not guarantee employment or career advancement as a result of course completion. Success depends on the effort and application of the student’s skills.
6.2 Technical Issues: The Fortune Academy is not responsible for any technical issues, including internet connectivity problems, hardware failure, or issues with the user’s device, that may prevent access to the platform or course materials.
7. Changes to Terms & Conditions
The Fortune Academy reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to users via email or through an announcement on the website. It is the user’s responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.
